  • Shared Access, is a service that helps both individuals and small business owners select users on certain account(s) for the ease and convenience of handling their banking needs. Allowing more time to focus on other things – like growing your business or traveling with the utmost peace of mind, Shared Access helps make your life easier.
  • Security and Flexibility - Grant trusted individuals access to perform specific functions only on specific accounts.
  • Control - maintain control by establishing transaction limits for designees who will use their own unique login credentials to access specific shared accounts. As the account holder, you have full control to assign, revoke and change access for any user at any time.
  • Privacy – Non-delegated accounts remain private and restricted from access or viewing.

Text Message Banking
You can request account information via text, such as account balances, the last five transactions on your account, even transfer money.

  • Our Text Message Banking service is secure. Text messages will never contain confidential information about you or your accounts. Messages will never contain full account numbers.
  • Text message banking from Allegacy is FREE, but standard carrier fees for text messaging may apply. Please check with your mobile phone carrier if you aren't sure what fees apply when you send and receive text messages.
  • You must have WebBanking set up to use Text Message Banking. From within WebBanking click on Additional Services then Alerts & Notifications. There you will follow the steps to set up your mobile to receive text message banking. To complete the setup you must have your phone to receive the activation code.

How ClickSWITCH Works:

  1. To Get Started, call us at 336.774.3400 or visit a Financial Center for your SwitchTrack code
  2. Then visit AllegacyFCU.org/switch and set up a user name and password
  3. Gather information for your existing automated payments and direct deposits to be switched
  4. Easily transfer direct deposits, switch automatic payments and close old accounts
  5. Submit each switch and ClickSWITCH takes care of the rest, by generating and sending forms to your old financial institution and direct deposit sources

ClickSWITCH Tools Ensure a Smooth Account Transition:

  • Switch Summary: View the progress and details of your requested switches.
  • Switch Status: Track and see confirmation when your account has been switched to Allegacy.
  • Balance Assist: Advises you on approximately how much money to keep in your old account until the switch to Allegacy is complete. We suggest that you keep your old account open for 30 days to allow time for the switch to be confirmed and for checks and automated payments to clear.
