Co-operative Payroll Solutions Account Representative
This individual reports to the Co-operative Payroll Solutions Director of Sales. This incumbent would be involved in the sales of payroll processing services and related products primarily within an 80 mile radius of Winston-Salem, NC. This individual must possess the ability to create, administer, execute and measure a sales plan. Minimum Requirements include:
- College degree or comparable education or experience
- 3+ years outside sales experience selling business services
- Ability and willingness to manage a sales territory
- Proficient in MS Office Software
- Ability and willingness to develop relationships with management level contacts as well as “end user” contacts

Marketing Assistant
This individual reports to the Manager of Marketing and E-Commerce. This incumbent will develop and implement strategic marketing plans in order to promote penetration of all credit union specific products and programs, branch merchandising, and conclusive research; resulting in utilizing and effectively implementing proven marketing strategies successfully in order to assist the credit union as a whole meet its annual goals and objectives. This individual will be responsible for marketing to all credit union members and facilities, operating within the marketing department with individual responsibilities but in a team environment. This incumbent will work diligently with other departments and product owners and their specific product accountabilities, serve on different committees as marketing representative and represent the credit union at functions and events as needed. Minimum Requirements include:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or closely related field or 3-5 years related work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Electronic Services Manager
This individual will develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote penetration of all credit union specific eCommerce product offerings/efforts using primarily electronic/alternative delivery channels. This position must effectively implement proven marketing strategies to successfully assist the credit union as a whole meet its annual goals and objectives. This individual will report to the Vice President of Marketing and manage the strategic vision of Allegacy’s eCommerce efforts and electronic/alternative delivery channels. This individual will be responsible for the design/creation, strategy, implementation and tracking of Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, etc) initiatives for the entire organization. Will also assist in preparation of Marketing Plan, budget and long-range goals. This position will manage the strategic vision of Allegacy’s website, online products and relationships of the third party providers to ensure Allegacy has the most up-to-date online products and services to meet our business needs. This incumbent will be a Marketing team member with the responsibility of managing the Customer Information Marketing Database and Marketing Research. They will oversee the development, evaluation and direct response to marketing campaigns. This position is responsible for providing marketing research support for facility planning projects; including when appropriate, project coordination with outside consultants/specialists. This incumbent should have knowledge of Marketing Database management, be creative, a strategic thinker, self-motivated, resourceful, and independent. Some travel may be required. This individual must be a team player, demonstrate strong organizational skills and be proficient in MS Office Software and Marketing Database Systems. This individual must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management or 3-5 years work related experience. Mortgage Loan Processor/Closer
This individual will be responsible for processing and closing mortgage loans. The incumbent must have thorough knowledge of residential real estate transactions, reviewing title insurance for issues surveying affected titles, surveying and clearing title conditions and will also need to be extremely familiar with mortgage documents and the fields and information contained within them. Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed. Demonstrated reliability, thoroughness, attention to detail. Excellent internal and external customer service skills in past employment positions.
