Systems Engineer III
This position will ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of in-house information systems that support core organizational functions. This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems. The individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. Also, the individual will respond to telephone calls, emails and personnel requests for technical support. The position will document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution. The individual will investigate & resolve network problems both voice & data. In addition, this candidate will track all 2nd tier calls using online tool, TrackIt Help Desk application. Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Knowledge of TCP/IP stacks and their functionality
- Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2000/2003, Linux (RedHat)
- Advanced knowledge of Internet Information Services 5.x and 6.0
- Knowledge and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange & MS SQL Server
- Knowledge of VMware support & maintenance
- Working knowledge of application security, understanding of vulnerabilities and countermeasures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information
- 2 yr degree or bachelor’s preferred in IT or related field
- 4-8 years experience in Systems Administration or related field
- Good problem solving skills; ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it
- Ability to handle constantly changing flow of traffic; remain productive during slow times, be able to multitask effectively during busy times, exercise patience and professionalism during stressful situations
- Ability to work responsibly with or without direct supervision
Accountant II
The Accountant II will be responsible for reviewing, reporting and addressing daily financial variances and trends. The incumbent will assist and educate other staff and functional areas regarding the financial and accounting impact of daily operations. In addition, the position will review and prepare month-end closing journal entries; developing schedules and supporting documentation for internal/external auditors and examiners and work directly with them to facilitate audits and exams. The person will be responsible for developing and presenting financial reports to management. The position will be managing tax and investing accounting process and carry out special projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager or VP of Accounting/Finance. Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting
- Three to four years general ledger accounting experience
- Corporate budgeting experience a plus
- Prior supervisory experience a plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of FASB Accounting Rules
- Excellent knowledge of GAAP
- Strong working proficiency in Excel and report writing software
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in team environment
- Must posses a high sense of urgency and work ethic

Bilingual Part-Time Contact Center Representative
This individual must have previous Credit Union or Banking experience or experience in a call center member service environment. The incumbent will use strong written and oral communication skills to answer incoming telephone calls and/or emails from members and prospective members. This position requires the incumbent to cross-sell or up-sell credit union products and services. In addition the incumbent must be willing to work in an active team environment where the culture is sales and service and to adapt to a non-traditional schedule. Bilingual Customer Service Assistant
This individual must have a minimum of two years previous Credit Union or Banking experience. The incumbent will be the initial contact with members needing customer service or lending assistance. In addition to helping members with normal customer service transactions, this person will also be handling multiple tasks, which require a high degree of organizational skills. Duties include branch supply/forms inventory monitoring and replacement and other clerical duties as requested by the Manager. This individual should have flexibility to provide teller assistance. Sales Assistant
Candidate will serve as administrative and sales support for registered representatives. Duties include appointment scheduling for current and prospective clients, maintaining client files and accurately completing and processing securities account paperwork. Candidate must be willing to effectively work with vendors and broker-dealer to ensure a high level of customer service as well as have the ability to knowledgeably discuss financial service products as well as other credit union products/services. The position requires that the candidate possess excellent oral and written communication skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, strong sales presentation skills and the desire to work in a sales/service atmosphere. A minimum of two years experience in the financial services field as a customer service representative / sales assistant or related experience required. Support Specialist
The Support Specialist reports to the Manager of Payment Systems. The primary function of this position is concise, timely and thorough processing of documents and transactions in a team oriented environment with an objective of providing superior service to our members. This position will require attention to detail in a multi-tasking environment. This position requires flexibility, dependability, good communication skills, time management skills and ability to set and manage priorities.
