Temporary - Mortgage Loan Processor/Closer

This position will be a Full Time Temporary position.  Duration of this position is not known at this time, it will be dependent upon the Re-Finance volume.  The individual will be responsible for processing and closing mortgage loans.  The incumbent must have thorough knowledge of residential real estate transactions, reviewing title insurance for issues surveying affected titles, surveying and clearing title conditions and will also need to be extremely familiar with mortgage documents and the fields and information contained within them.  Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.  Demonstrated reliability, thoroughness, attention to detail.  Excellent internal and external customer service skills in past employment positions.  Ability to conduct business in a professional manner, exercising personal discretion and independent judgment, while maintaining compliance with complex policies, laws and regulations.  Click here to submit your resume for this position.

Systems Engineer III

This position will ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of in-house information systems that support core organizational functions.  This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems.  The Systems Engineer will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.  This position carries the additional role of team leadership and guidance to subordinates.  Ensures that all tier 2 Help Desk support calls are closed in a timely manner for all members of the department.  Capable of organizing and leading the Systems Administration department staff.  Provides weekly performance reports to management.  Ensures the quality of service to credit union staff.  Click here to submit your resume for this position.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • 4-6 years experience in Systems Administration or related field.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP stacks and their functionality.
  • Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2003/2008, Linux (RedHat)
  • Advanced knowledge of Internet Information Services 5.x and 6.0, and 7.x

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in large scale, server based administration systems analysis, design, development, implementation and maintenance, PC installation and maintenance, server administration, vendor software analysis and installation and troubleshooting and repair of servers, PCs and associated equipment and software to include two (2) years direct supervisory experience in a management and/or administrative capacity.
  • Certifications in A+, MCSE, CCNA, etc. preferred.
  • Good problem solving skills; ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it.
  • Ability to handle constantly changing flow of traffic; remain productive during slow times, be able to multitask effectively during busy times, exercise patience and professionalism during stressful situations.
  • Ability to work responsibly with or without direct supervision.

Senior Internal Auditor

The Senior Internal Auditor will report directly to the Internal Audit Manager.  The incumbent needs either a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field, and work experience as follows: At least three years auditing or other related work experience or Two-year Associate degree in business, accounting, or related field, and work experience as follows: At least five years of auditing or other related work experience.  Preferred Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or other relevant certification.

This position will:

  • Plan and perform department/function audits to ensure operations are conducted in accordance with policies, procedures and/or regulations.
  • Independently evaluate policies, procedures, operations, and internal controls and make practical recommendations for improvements.
  • Conduct audit opening and closing conferences with departmental and credit union management.
  • Write audit reports for engagements.
  • Participate in special projects as requested by credit union management and/or the Internal Audit Manager.

Treasurer

This candidate will be responsible for management of the asset and liability position, the investment securities portfolio, and the funding positions that include retail and wholesale.  They will ensure that all activities and work functions comply with compliance requirements as defined in company policies and NCUA regulations.  Monitor investment and debt processes and implement relevant procedures.  Prepare timely and effective reports for management.  Work directly with CFO to determine and execute corporate finance strategies.  Perform a variety of financial analyses and special projects as needed.
