Checklist of Required Materials

Please provide the following documentation in order for us to begin our streamlined processing of your Home Equity Loan Application:

  1. A copy of the county tax valuation of your home (If you have an appraisal that is less than one year old, we'll be glad to see if we can use it for valuation purposes).
    *If you don’t have a current copy of your tax valuation, you can get a copy at your local county courthouse.
  2. A copy of your Deed (the Deed to your property, showing ownership - not a Deed of Trust).
    *If you don’t have a copy of your Deed on hand, you can get a copy at your local county courthouse or we may be able to access it on the Internet for you.
  3. A copy of your most recent paystub (for all borrowers to the loan)
    *You can obtain a current copy from your employer.
    *Self-employed borrowers must present their last two years’ tax returns, including all schedules.
  4. A copy of your Separation Agreement and/or Divorce Judgment Decree (only if applicable).
    *You can obtain a copy of this from your attorney or local courthouse.
  5. A completed and submitted Allegacy Home Equity Loan Application form.
    *You can apply online, obtain an Allegacy Equity application packet from any Allegacy location, or call Member Services at 800-782-4670.
