Property Types

Single Family Residence: A residential property on a single lot designed for the use of one family.

Planned Unit Development: This is a residential development where the unit owners own a parcel of land improved with a dwelling. The dwelling may be attached or detached. The development is administered by a homeowners association that owns and is obligated to maintain property and improvements within the development (for example, greenbelts, recreation facilities and parking areas). The homeowners have an automatic non-severable interest in the homeowners association and the dues are mandatory.

Condominiums: A real estate project in which each unit owner holds title to a unit in a building and has an undivided interest in the common areas of the project.

Modular Homes: A factory built residence composed of modular sections that are transported to a permanent site and erected on a permanent foundation. Built to state building codes where the home is located.

Manufactured Home: Factory built housing, doublewide or greater with a minimum of 1200 square feet. Must be affixed to a permanent foundation and built after June 15, 1976.
