Q: What is WebBanking?
A: WebBanking is a tool that allows you to use a personal computer with an internet connection to conduct your banking online. You can view account balances and transaction history, transfer money, download transactions to a personal financial manager and much more.

Q: What happens if I forget my WebBanking password?
A: If you can't remember your password, you can use the Forgot Your Username or Password? link in the WebBanking Login area (directly under the Enter WebBanking button) to reset your password. You can also contact Member Services if you are having problems logging into WebBanking.



 

Q: When can I use WebBanking services?
A: With WebBanking, you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Q: Is any of my personal information stored in the WebBanking product?
A: Yes, the WebBanking product stores your User ID, password and user preferences.

Q: How current is my banking information?
A: Your account information is updated immediately with your most recent transaction history.

Q: What accounts will I be able to access through WebBanking?
A: You can access your checking, savings, investment and loan accounts from the WebBanking service. Our WebBanking Product is intended to give you as much access, security and versatility as possible.

Q: How much account information can I view at once?
A: The system will automatically show the current month's transactions and information. However, by selecting Preferences, you can choose to view the current month, the previous 30 days, the previous 10 days, or you can choose to view your account based off a date range you select at the bottom of the Account History screen.

Q: Can I view my account details in more than one way?
A: Yes, you can view your accounts by date, check number, payee, amount or balance in ascending or descending order.

Q: What formats can I download my transaction history in?
A: WebBanking supports downloads for Quicken™ or as a comma-delimited text file. Users with Sunset versions of MS Money™ can also download files.

Q: Can I schedule future transfers?
A: Yes, you may schedule future and recurring transfers within WebBanking.

Q: What is required to use the WebBanking service?
A: All you need to use WebBanking is a secure browser that supports 128 bit encryption such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Safari. You can use any computer that has internet access.

Q: What browsers are supported for WebBanking?
A: Internet Explorer 8, Internet Explorer 9, Internet Explorer 10, Firefox and Chrome are supported. Chrome and Firefox browsers are constantly being updated and new versions are expected to remain compatible. Safari 6 is supported on Mac operating systems. Other non-supported browsers may be used but some features may not function properly. For maximum security, always use the latest version of a browser. Beta versions of browsers and operating systems are not recommended or supported.

Q: How do I get access to WebBanking?
A: You must first complete the WebBanking Registration Form and then follow the instructions to contact us for approval.
